The hotel is absolutely beautifull. The interior is amazing and classic and the entrance is breathtaking. We went for the all you can eat sushi. The sushi was alright. There wasn't a lot of variety. The view on the bosperus and bridge is a real eye catcher. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. However the other male staff which served the sushi were constantly gossiping about guest in turkish language and laughing at guests but they thought we did not understand and did not see and hear. This is really ugly and unacceptable behaviour for a 5 star hotel. Just because of this I would never come back. Such a shame...

One of our holiday highlights. Brilliant service and hospitality provided at the restaurant. Great location within the Shangri La hotel. The food was amazing, recommend the prawn sushi and lamb chops. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it extra special. Sinem, Ali and Ugur were fantastic. Thank you.

Restaurants is very cozy but when you order sushi be aware that they put less fish than usual.

Garsonlar çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Yemekler ise gayet lezzetli.

3 yıldır çocuklarımızla gittiğimiz paskalya brunchı bu sene adeta yok edilmiş. Fransız şefin hazırladığı dev beyaz yumurta çukulataların yerine bu sene içi boşaltılmamış yumurtalar boyandı. Yiyeceklerde ise seçenekler neredeyse yarıya inmiş. Kısaca önceki kutlamalardan eser yok.

It's too Pazarlama brucnhlarının high end olma özelliğini devam ettirmekle birlikte bazı "coştu çittiniz" uygulamaların kurbanı olduğunu görmek üzücü. Gazetelerden sonra çay ve kahve çeşitleri de displayed kaldırılmış. Sushiler bir gün önceden hazırlanmış. Ancak istiridyeler hala çok leziz. Sınırsız lobster isteyenler için İstanbul'daki tek adres. Fiyat 200₺ sınırına dayanmış ancak çocuklar için yapılan etkinlikler kaldırılmış. Yada sadece özel günlerde düzenlenmekte. Buttom line: Tombs up!

Yemeklerin her biri çok lezzetli. Personel çok samimi, kaliteli ve servis hızlı. Mekanda iskeleyi gören cam kenarı masaları tercih edin. Dekorasyon daha sade ve modern olabilirdi.
